Background:
The aim of this study was to the effect Compare of soccer specific fatigue in different ambient temperatures (hot, cold and balance temperate) on balance and performance of soccer players with functional ankle instability.
Methodology:
The research method was half-experimental and applied. 20 young female soccer players, clubs Hamadan selected with functional ankle instability (FAI) right foot were. FAI was measured using 9 items Cumberland. Subjects like football, protocol Bangsbv was implemented in the winter (cold: temperature 10 degrees and relative humidity of 50 percent), autumn (moderate: ambient temperature 20 degrees and relative humidity of 50%) and summer (warm: the temperature 45 degrees and relative humidity 50 percent). Before and immediately after the completion of the protocol, tests, static balance (scoring errors test) and dynamic balance (Y test) and function tests (test jump Lee 3-test, Jump Bouncer 6 m at a time, test jump Lee crossover) of were recorded all subjects and the data. To analyze the data was used, t-test and one-way ANOVA and Tukey's test at the significant level 0/05.
Results:
The results showed that the effects of fatigue, especially football in cold, hot and Moderate ambient temperatures on the balance and performance of soccer players with FAI, were significantly different (p>0/05).
Conclusion:
So that fatigue, especially football in hot and cold temperatures to moderate temperatures cause loss of balance and performance.
